ScaleUp Group signs new client, Clue Computing

We are delighted to have been asked by Clue Computing to support their continued success by obtaining growth funding to underpin their expansion plans.

The company has been in business in its current form since 2016 following the involvement of the CEO Clare Elford and her brother Thomas Drohan – COO.

In addition to obtaining funding for the company, Clue will become a member of ScaleUp Group’s CEO Forum which provides a platform for discussions/surveys of topics of interest to high growth entrepreneurial businesses with access to ScaleUp Group’s powerful network of members who between them have lead 100+ fund raises and exits of more than £4 billion.

Clare Elford commented “Clue has earned its reputation as a trusted supplier to Investigators across many organisations in both the public and private sectors. Extra funding will allow us to accelerate our growth plans globally, and continue to innovate with our product, using AI and cognitive services to leverage the power of data for investigations. It is all too common in today’s world that information is missed, and people are not held accountable, this need not be the case. Our software is easy to deploy, easy to use, easy to connect to other systems, we have an amazing user community who share best practice and help us to shape our product. We are proud to be part of the solution and helping to bring justice for victims.”

John O’Connell, Executive Chairman, ScaleUp Group said “Clare and Thomas encapsulate the dedication required of successful entrepreneurs, in their case, working in a highly sensitive area for which there has been a surge in demand – both for safeguarding as well as for investigations.  We look forward to working with them and their colleagues on their journey to becoming ‘Global Champions’”.
