Searches have been undertaken globally from the UK and via my colleagues in the Tinzon Group.

I advise and support tech entrepreneurs in early stage companies on how to develop their leadership teams and how to attract and retain talented individuals, who will fit the typically PE-backed culture, and help drive growth, often internationally. Along with my colleagues in the ScaleUp Group, each of whom is well-known in the tech industry, we personally co-invest in these early stage companies as each raises growth capital.
