Malcolm built a significant network of well-known NEDs, Chairs, CEOs, leaders and key influencers within the broad church of the technology industry and the providers of technology-enabled services. Searches were undertaken globally from the UK and via colleagues in the Tinzon Group.

Malcolm currently advises and supports tech entrepreneurs in early-stage companies on how to develop their leadership teams and how to attract and retain talented individuals, who will fit the typically PE-backed culture, and help drive growth, often internationally. Along with fellow colleagues in the ScaleUp Group, each of whom is well-known in the tech industry, we personally co-invest in these early-stage companies, as each raises growth capital.
