Graeme Mair is a partner of ScaleUp Group and CFO. Based in France, he has worked all over the world for companies ranging from medium sized Scale Ups to large organisations, and for the last 20 years of his career worked for Oracle Corporation, first as a Finance Director and latterly as a Vice President. Graeme has a very international profile, having worked and travelled extensively in Europe, North America, Latin America, South Africa and Asia.

Graeme has worked on a number of different and varied assignments including the creation of the European Division of a Newark-based US Software Company (that subsequently floated on NASDAQ), the consolidation of 25+ independent service organisations into one cohesive European organisation, and the creation of an internet support center in Cairo, Egypt. A graduate of Manchester University and a PwC qualified Chartered Accountant, Graeme enjoys bringing practical and sensible ideas and input to strategy development, business planning and operational management.
